Meet the Characters

Red

Red loves being outdoors. He loves adventure although escaping pirates and rescuing children might be going a bit far!

He had what seemed to be a normal childhood until his father left. He couldn’t understand how his father could leave him, his mother and 2 younger siblings. Was there something he could have done to make him stay? That question tormented him.

Red was unaware that a generational calling…a blessing of sorts, wove through his family line. He didn’t know if he’d see his father again but how else would he find out who he really was?

Red cared about kids that seemed alone; who had no one. He knew what that was like and, somehow, he knew that it was a quality he was going to need. Maybe, just maybe he was the one needed to find the lost children.

Pin

Pin has a close relationship with his mother. She taught him the ways of his people; to seek the One who is over all. His childhood was happy even though he didn’t know his father. His mother’s father, grandad, taught him many things. Practical things as well as how to  drum rhythmic songs learned from a very young age. The songs sooth his soul and often, when he drums, he can hear what the Great One is saying. Raptor, the bird that is often near him, often comes to him to urge him into action.  Pin has a strong sense of justice and is a loyal friend. He is wise even though he is young.

Oh, did I tell you? Pin is very good at archery. It will come in handy. Just saying…

Eugenie

Eugenie doesn’t want to miss out on anything! She is a fun magnet and whether it be colorful clothes or learning how to swim with dolphins, she is up for it!

Her and Elizabeth are like salt and pepper with Eugenie bringing the heat! She is ready for most challenges yet values Elizabeth’s calm, thought out decisions.

Eugenie never wonders whether she is loved having grown up with 2 loving parents but she sometimes misses them and her younger brother.  But Eugenie isn’t one to linger in sadness long. There is always something to do, somewhere to go.

Did I tell you, Eugenie loves clothes, people, fun? Her team will need her in the days ahead.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth loves to draw. An image will cross her path, or her mind and she will draw it. She knows there is Someone giving her the pictures in her mind and that they are important. She is introspective and looks at the world often differently than others. When she met Eugenie, they seemed to fit together! Eugenie’s enthusiasm along with Elizabeth’s practical side, seemed to be the perfect friendship. Now, she and Eugenie are experiencing the most amazing adventure. Elizabeth is often afraid to make decisions but, with her friend Eugenie and now Red and Pin in her life, she is finding a strength she didn’t know she had. She has been learning to trust Olam…and is now  facing the greatest challenge of her life!
